Right, the itinerary. We’ve kept it loose—because who wants to be marched around on holiday like they’re on a tight schedule?
Day 1: The Great Escape. You’ll board your Volvo in Delhi as evening sets in. Then, it’s just you, the hum of the engine, and the road winding its way up, up, up.
Day 2: Hello, Mountains! Arrival in Manali. We’ll get you to your hotel—check-in’s a fuss, we know, but we smooth it out. Once you’ve shaken off the road, we’ll hit a couple of iconic spots: that awe-inspiring Hadimba Temple and the wonderfully retro Clubhouse. The evening? Yours. Maybe a quiet dinner, maybe a first stroll along Mall Road.
Day 3: Adventure Calling. Breakfast, then off to Solang Valley. This place… it’s stunning. All adventure sports here are on your own dime, but even just standing there, surrounded by those mammoth peaks, is worth the ride. Trust me.
Day 4: A Taste of Heritage. Today we head towards Kullu and Naggar. You’ll see a castle fit for a Raja, an art gallery that’s a hidden gem (closed Mondays, sadly), and maybe some stunning Pashmina shawls. A full, rich day.
Day 5: Savor & Depart. One last mountain breakfast. Check out, but don’t worry—your bus isn’t till evening. Use the day. Visit the monastery, relax in Van Vihar, grab those last-minute souvenirs. Then, it’s back on the Volvo, full of memories (and probably a bag of apricot jam), for the overnight return.

Cancellation and Terms
The Rules of the Road (Boring, But Necessary)
We hate legalese as much as you do. But here’s the plain-English version.
If You Need to Cancel:
Tell us in writing. Please. A small deposit is always non-refundable—it’s how we reserve your spot. Cancel 15-30 days out, and we’ll keep 25% of the total; 7-14 days, it’s 50%. Within a week of departure? We’ll have to keep the full amount. It’s tough, but buses and hotels need notice.
A Few Important Things to Know:
This itinerary isn’t set in stone. We’re at the mercy of mountain weather, road conditions, and sometimes government rules (like those Rohtang Pass permits). If we have to change something for your safety or enjoyment, we will. We’re not liable for acts of God—or acts of bad luck. Just work with your guide; they’re there to help.
